Pressure Sensitive Adhesive (psa) Tape Solutions: SMI fabricates a wide variety of psa’s into rolls, spools, and die cut parts. Configurations include: single sided film, unsupported transfer, double coated films, differential double coated films, foams, wovens & non-wovens. The adhesive systems available are: natural and thermosetting rubber, acrylic, silicone, heat activated and phenolics. SMI has the ability to laminate these adhesive systems to virtually any insulation or conductive material. SMI offers the right release liner for your application. SMI offers specialty adhesives such as: VHB’s™, optical clear adhesives, thermally/electrically conductive adhesives, specialty coated foils, and glass cloth reinforced tapes.

Liquid Adhesive Solution: Liquid gasket sealants (RTV silicone and solvent types), anaerobic (thread locking) sealants, cyanoacrylate adhesives (superglue), epoxy & UV cure resins, thermally activated, structural strength, potting compounds, and more.
